Stop changing your sensitivity every day.
A short training plan for consistent movements and deliberate aiming.

Make your settings comparable
Write down your DPI and in-game sensitivity. Multiply them to get your eDPI: 800 DPI × 0.30 and 1600 DPI × 0.15 both give 240 eDPI, for example. This is a comparison value, not a universal recommendation.
Train for 10 minutes with one goal
Start with slow, controlled aiming movements. Then practise stopping before you shoot. In your next match, focus on keeping your crosshair at the expected head height.
Change one thing at a time
Try the same settings across several sessions. Note whether you often overshoot or fall short of the target. Only then adjust in small steps. One lost match is not a reason to change your sensitivity.
