SETUP / GEAR

Make the desk
work for you.

Comfort and correct settings matter before expensive upgrades. Choose the part that affects you every match.

01

Mouse

Shape, weight and grip comfort matter more than maximum DPI. Keep one sensitivity long enough to learn it.

02

Monitor

Set the correct refresh rate in Windows. Match resolution and settings to the stable FPS your PC can achieve.

03

Keyboard

Use comfortable keybinds you can reach without stretching. Consistency matters more than copying every pro setting.

04

Audio

Clear positional audio is useful, but protect your ears: start at a lower volume and only raise it when needed.

05

Mousepad

Give yourself enough space for low sensitivity. Keep the surface clean so the mouse glides consistently.

06

Desk & posture

Keep shoulders relaxed, support your forearm and take a short break between long matches. Pain is a reason to stop and adjust.

BUYING RULE

Do not buy the same upgrade twice

  1. First describe the problem: aim, comfort, sound, FPS or loading time.
  2. Test free settings and placement changes before buying hardware.
  3. Buy the one part that actually matches the problem.
  4. Keep your receipt and test new gear inside the return period.
